Healthy anger ... is it real? What does it look like? How can women find it?
Anger is typically viewed, by both professionals and the general population, as dangerous and unhelpful. But it is an emotion, one of many inherent in human experience, and as such can offer insight, power, and growth when its energy is harnessed constructively. This site is devoted to exploring the concept and realization of healthy anger for women and girls of all cultural backgrounds.
